j:ChargeArrestReasonIndicator can be contained in any of these elements:

hs:Allegation (of j:ChargeType)
A formal allegation that a specific person has abused or neglected a child.
j:AmendedCharge (of j:ChargeType)
A charge that has been modified since the original charge.
j:ArrestCharge (of j:ChargeType)
A formal allegation of a violation of a statute and/or ordinance in association with an arrest.
j:CaseAmendedCharge (of j:ChargeType)
A charge different than the original charge a person is being tried for in a court of law.
j:CaseCharge (of j:ChargeType)
A charge or accusation a person is being tried for in a court of law.
j:Charge (of j:ChargeType)
A formal allegation that a specific person has committed a specific offense.
j:ChargeEnhancingAllegationCharge (of j:ChargeType)
